Chasing Static Electricity with Balloons in Physical Science

April 2, 2008

Following are memorable photos of a simple but fun experiment my daughter did for her physical science studies with Dr. Jay Wile.

My daughter had loads of fun chasing the white balloon with the green balloon.

Usually quite serious, my daughter giggled throughout this science lesson, if she had only read words ona page.

Unable to resist, her younger brother popped in to her room to watch all the fun, then he participated, too!

He can not wait to study general science next year.

After all the fun, she compiled her data for her lab report.

We never knew that science could be this much fun!
