Bemoaning the paint can we found in the garage declaring the walls of his room and the basement as pink mocha, my son couldn’t wait to remedy that travesty.
After five days of unpacking, I was overcome by dreadful paint colors on dirty walls.
Tackling the worst room first, I walked into the basement with a shudder.
Missing the house we left in Texas, we want to do many of the same projects in this house. Although it has good bones, it has awful paint colors.
Our real estate agent surprised us with a gift basket that contained Virginia goodies, including from Colonial Williamsburg!
Mom, I hope we move to a house on a street named after Lafayette. If not Lafayette, then George Washington. If not George Washington, then Patrick Henry.
