Since I didn’t find a single curriculum booklist we needed/wanted, I simply edited and culled our own list.
Many of our books were found at the used bookstore.

We kept our illuminated manuscripts far simpler since my kids had not the 6+ hours a day to bend over beautiful artwork that the monks did.
Because of so many creations into which my kids invested much time and energy, they created memory books that contain encouraging notes from extended family.
When we toured the Focus on the Family facilities, the tour guide raved about Drive Thru History as an excellent resource, especially for homeschoolers.
After studying Esther in the Bible, we reenacted the Feast of Purim like the Jews do, which coincided with the actual celebration.
